COMPLETE FABRICATION SERVICE

J&S Laser Profiles provide a complete in-house fabrication service, including specialist CNC laser cutting, folding and welding, based in Southampton in Hampshire.

We pride ourselves on our sheet metal work, with fine detail and general tolerances, a rapid service and competitive pricing - from prototypes to large batch work.

A wide range of state-of-the-art machinery ensures we are at the forefont of technolgy, with tolerances down to 0.1mm, and fabrication facilities including 3 pressbrakes, guillotines and coded welders, a flying optic laser and combination laser and punching machine (with load and unload mechanisms), all under one roof.

J&S have recently replaced our Delta LC 3015 Flying Optic Laser with a new, faster and more efficient "lights-out" Amada CNC machine. This is currently up and running, and we'll get imagery and text published on the website shortly, please bear with us.

Our flexible and efficient approach to our fabrication business is complimented by our professional designing service, plus finishing and painting treatments, and Night-Shift production.
